Everybody’s blogging about it

Pandora is good. I missed Yahoo’s Launch service in Linux. No more — this thing’s even better. Try making a station by searching for Remember Shakti, and feel your knees give.

Warning: It hogs bandwidth — 128 kbps stream.

no kidding! it rocks dude — i’ve got a nirvana and a pink floyd station … and the currently free version still hasnt started spitting out ads … i just might cave in and get me a paid version if i find myself using this a lot … thanks for the plug!

tips: 1) dont forget to rate the tracks. Your station will adapt. 2) add as many similar bands/keywords to your station as possible.. for e.g, if you are interested in blues, the really old stuff, add artist names like leadbelly, muddy waters etc… the more the better… You’ll get exactly the tracks you want….

got this from a bum at office who loves what sounds like blues on scratched records, and gets exactly that. Pandora’s collection is amazing.
